Can I return the frames once the prescription has been filled?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept a return on a frame that has had a prescription fulfilled, unless our lab made a mistake with the prescription or if the frame you received has any manufacturer’s defects, we will replace the frames or redo the prescription at no charge.  

Once Jonas Paul Eyewear fills prescription lenses into a frame that order is then considered a custom order and we do not accept returns.
